Message From Our President
Welcome to our little corner of cyber space! For those of you that are first time visitors to our site, I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our club. The Inland Empire Chapter of the ACBS is an organization made up of members dedicated to the preservation and appreciation of antique and classic watercraft. The club was established as a boat users organization. Most of our members use their boats throughout the boating season, proudly plying the waters of North Idaho, Western Montana and Eastern Washington.
The Inland Empire Chapter is but one of over a hundred chapters located across the United States and Canada affiliated with the Antique and Classic Boat Society. The ACBS with close to 12,000 members is the largest society in the world dedicated to the preservation and enjoyment of historic, antique and classic boats. So if you’re so inclined to enter the world of antique and classic boating, I invite you to “come aboard” To add a visual experience to this cyber space visit I invite you to our
6th Annual Wooden Boat
Festival to be held the Weekend of
July 12-15, 2008 in Beautiful Sandpoint Idaho. More information regarding the show is contained within our web page.
Remember, in our world
“classic and antique” are two beautiful words!
