Who We Are The Inland Empire Chapter of the Antique & Classic Boat Society is an active chapter in good standing with ACBS. Currently there are over 95 active members. We have a strong following in the wooden boat community and members from the Columbia Willamette, Payette Lakes, Okanogan and the Pacific Northwest Become A Member If you are not a member but would like to be -- download, complete and mail the Membership Application to the address indicated on the form.
